No. Services at Pathways Learning & Development are educational and instructional in nature. They are not therapy and do not replace clinical, medical, or mental health services.
No. Pathways Learning & Development does not provide advocacy, legal representation, or system navigation services. Instruction may complement school-based supports, but is provided independently.
No. Pathways Learning & Development is an independent educational practice and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school district, nonprofit organization, or agency.
No. Services are private pay only. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Virtual services may be available depending on the learner’s needs and the type of instruction being provided. This will be discussed during the initial inquiry process.
Families can begin by completing the contact form on the website. After reviewing the information, you will be contacted to determine fit and discuss next steps.
Sessions are scheduled in advance and are based on availability. Consistent scheduling supports effective instruction and skill development.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Regular attendance is important for progress. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in services being paused or discontinued.
Communication outside of scheduled sessions is limited to scheduling, billing, and brief updates. Extended consultation or instructional planning outside sessions may require additional scheduling.
Services focus on skill development and instruction. Pathways Learning & Development does not provide crisis intervention, emergency services, or mental health treatment.
If a learner requires services outside the scope of instruction, referrals may be recommended.
All interactions are expected to be respectful. Services may be paused or discontinued if safety concerns arise or if the instructional environment is not appropriate for effective learning.
Information shared during services is kept confidential and used solely for instructional purposes, except where disclosure is required by law.

Virtual services may be offered when appropriate and are determined based on the learner’s needs, goals, and ability to engage meaningfully in an online format. Not all services or learners are well-suited for virtual instruction.
A quiet, distraction-reduced environment is recommended

Virtual sessions follow the same instructional, scheduling, and cancellation policies as in-person services.
Pathways Learning & Development is a private, fee-for-service educational practice. Rates vary based on the type of service, session length, and instructional needs.

Pathways Learning & Development does not accept insurance and does not submit claims to insurance providers. Families are responsible for full payment of services.
