Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Regular attendance is important for progress. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in services being paused or discontinued.
Communication outside of scheduled sessions is limited to scheduling, billing, and brief updates. Extended consultation or instructional planning outside sessions may require additional scheduling.
Services focus on skill development and instruction. Pathways Learning & Development does not provide crisis intervention, emergency services, or mental health treatment.
If a learner requires services outside the scope of instruction, referrals may be recommended.
All interactions are expected to be respectful. Services may be paused or discontinued if safety concerns arise or if the instructional environment is not appropriate for effective learning.
