Defining a process

After digesting the literature, I observed what appeared to be missing in the body of work. There was not a clearly articulated process, as one might see in a mediation model, or other process. I did not find this, put it out there to the community that I would love to know if it existed, then decided to study our own officeʻs process as a start, in hopes that other ombuds would be inspired to do the same. It was presented at a conference.  Extremely grateful for the support.
