THE PATH
THE PATH
Within the pages of the book we uncover the timeless quest to escape the cycle of reincarnations (samsara) and return home. The journey takes us through the Lower and Upper Innocence, through Darkness (Dark Side) and Light, and then through the Heart to finally reach Unity.
The diagram, based on the five primordial elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether), depicts the overall path of return.
The diagram shows the main steps of the path of return within our physical reality (Innocence, Darkness/Dark Side, Light, Heart, and Unity).
Above we see the pattern that forms the building block of the path of return.
Depicted is the same path as in the diagram immediately above, with Innocence split in two: Lower and Upper Innocence.
When based on the elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether), the diagrams show both the overal path and the repeating pattern that makes up the overal path - in other words, both the brick wall (the path of return) and the bricks (the pattern).
The patterns link to each other like a chain, with the blue sphere of one "brick" overlapping the white sphere of the next "brick" to form a spiral, as shown next.
The path of return is in fact a spiral. The two opposing forces do not aim at each other and instead they are offset, generating a rotational motion (harmony) which is creative.
We can see here how the patterns link to create the "upward" spiral.
The illustration shows how the two opposing forces, yin and yang, create the spiral (harmony).
In the book there are also side-by-side depictions that show the overall tree-like structure of the path of return, as well as how the patterns link to each other in order to form the spiral.
In PART II, the focus is on the "first" turn of the spiral. The seven corresponding chapters track the path within our physical reality (INNOCENCE, UPPER INNOCENCE, LOWER INNOCENCE, DARKNESS, LIGHT, HEART, and UNITY).
