After spending three and a half years in the Darkness (Dark Side), another three and a half years in the Light and, as of writing this book, more than two years in the Heart, the time has come to share the story of the universal journey that takes one from Innocence to liberation.
This book is a labor of love.
The publishing of this book (print and ebook formats, with several immediate revisions), together with the creation of this site and the blog, took about a month. The writing of the book (including the creation of all the diagrams and images) took four months. The notes the book is based on (several files filled with text diagrams and quotes) and the lived experience (walking through the Darkness, Light, and Heart) go back ten years.
It is the author's hope that you, the reader, will enjoy this book and that the book fulfills every time its promise.
