1. License & Intellectual Property
Orbit Flip, including all visuals, original artwork, audio, logo designs, and source code, is the intellectual property of the developer.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to play the game on your Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Leaderboard & Fair Play
Players are expected to play fairly. Any use of cheats, automated scripts, bots, hacks, or exploitation of bugs to manipulate scores on global leaderboards is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove cheated or illegitimate high scores from public leaderboards without prior notice.
3. Availability & Updates
We strive to keep Orbit Flip stable and enjoyable, but the app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We may release updates from time to time to fix bugs, balance gameplay, or add new features.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access or play the game.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Continued use of the game after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
