By downloading, installing, or using Beacon: GPS Location Alarm ("Beacon"), published by Pastelfiya (Package Name: com.pastelfiya.beacon), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.
Beacon is a native Android location-based alert application that allows users to create custom geofences, monitor proximity using GPS and network location services, play audio tones, trigger haptic vibrations, and share location alarms via custom deep links.
Permission Requirements: Beacon requires location permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, and ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION) to function properly.
System Settings: Alarm reliability depends on device settings outside our control, including operating system background optimization, GPS signal strength, battery saver modes, and Do Not Disturb configurations.
User Responsibility: You acknowledge that system-level battery optimizations or disabled permissions may delay or prevent arrival notifications.
By using Beacon, you agree NOT to:
Use deep-link sharing features to track, stalk, harass, or monitor individuals without their explicit knowledge and consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application binaries or underlying APIs.
Use the application for high-risk activities where missed alarms could lead to physical injury, legal liability, or property damage.
Beacon displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Interactions with third-party ads, including links to third-party services, are governed solely by the respective advertiser's terms and privacy policies. Pastelfiya is not responsible for third-party advertisements or products.
All content, code, custom audio synthesizers, branding, visual interfaces, and design elements in Beacon are the intellectual property of Pastelfiya and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Beacon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pastelfiya does not warrant that:
Location alerts will trigger without latency, delay, or interruption.
Map tiles or search result data will always be error-free or complete.
GPS signal loss or hardware limitations will not interfere with geofence calculations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pastelfiya shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
Missed arrival notifications or delayed location triggers.
Reliance on map data, reverse geocoding, or search results.
Unauthorized tracking conducted by users via deep-link sharing features.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legal jurisdictions, without regard to conflict of law principles.
