カメラ、写真、マイク、音声認識が使えません

iPhoneまたはiPadの「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」から、PashNoteに必要な権限を許可してください。アプリ別の設定は「設定」>「アプリ」>「PashNote」からも確認できます。権限を変更した後にPashNoteへ戻り、操作をやり直してください。

カメラが「準備しています」のまま進みません

カメラ権限を確認し、PashNoteを閉じて再度開いてください。ほかのアプリがカメラを使用している場合は、そのアプリを閉じてからやり直してください。

音声の文字起こしが完了しません

音声認識の権限とネットワーク状態を確認してください。端末や言語がオンデバイス認識に対応しない場合、Appleの音声認識サービスへ接続できる必要があります。録音はメモに保持されるため、状態が回復してから詳細画面の「再試行」を押せます。短すぎる録音や発話が含まれない録音は、再試行しても文字起こしできない場合があります。

写真ライブラリへ保存できません

「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「写真」>「PashNote」で、写真の追加を許可してください。元の写真はPashNote内に保持されます。

更新後にデータが見つかりません

更新前にPashNoteを削除すると端末内データも削除される場合があります。アプリを削除せず、App Storeからそのままアップデートしてください。重要な記録は事前に書き出してください。

解決しない場合

「問い合わせ方法」ページの案内に従い、アプリのバージョン、端末、OS、操作手順、エラーメッセージをお知らせください。

Camera, Photos, Microphone, or Speech Recognition is unavailable

Open Settings > Privacy & Security and grant PashNote the permission required for the feature. You can also review app-specific permissions under Settings > Apps > PashNote. Return to PashNote and try again after changing permission.

The camera remains on “Preparing camera”

Check Camera permission, close PashNote, and open it again. If another app is using the camera, close that app and retry.

Audio transcription does not finish

Check Speech Recognition permission and your network connection. If on-device recognition is unavailable for the device or language, Apple's speech recognition service must be reachable. The recording remains attached, so you can tap Retry from the detail screen later. Very short recordings or recordings without clear speech may not produce a transcription.

Photos cannot be saved to the photo library

Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > PashNote and allow adding photos. The original photo remains stored in PashNote.

Data is missing after an update

Deleting PashNote before updating may remove its on-device data. Do not delete the App first; update it directly from the App Store. Export important records beforehand.
