削除したメモや写真を戻せますか

ゴミ箱を開き、対象を選んで復元してください。ゴミ箱へ移動してから30日以上経過した項目は、アプリがバックグラウンドへ移る際に完全削除されます。完全削除済みの項目はPashNoteから復元できません。

データを書き出して別の場所へ保存できますか

共有または書き出し機能から、JSON、HTML、テキスト、JPEG、ZIP等で保管用コピーを保存できます。現在のバージョンには、書き出したファイルをアプリへ復元するインポート機能はありません。書き出し先に応じた管理と保護は利用者自身で行ってください。

アプリを削除して再インストールしてもデータは残りますか

通常、アプリを端末から削除すると、アプリの端末内データも削除されます。更新時は先にアプリを削除せず、App Storeからそのままアップデートしてください。重要な記録は事前に書き出してください。

21枚目の写真を追加できません

1件のメモに保存できる写真は最大20枚です。別のメモを作成するか、不要な写真を整理してください。

書き出したZIPには何が入っていますか

選択内容に応じて、ブラウザ用のindex.htmlとmobile.html、構造化データのdata.json、テキストのmemos.txt、写真ファイル等が含まれます。

Can I restore a deleted memo or photo?

Open Trash, select the item, and restore it. The App permanently deletes an item after it has remained in Trash for at least 30 days and the App next enters the background. PashNote cannot restore an item after permanent deletion.

How can I export and save a copy of my records elsewhere?

Use Share or Export to save a copy as JSON, HTML, text, JPEG, ZIP, or another supported output. The current version cannot import an exported file back into the App. You are responsible for managing and protecting files after export.

Will my data remain if I delete and reinstall the App?

Deleting an app normally removes its on-device app data. For an update, do not delete PashNote first; update it directly from the App Store. Export important records before making device or app changes.

Why can't I add a 21st photo?

Each memo supports up to 20 photos. Create another memo or remove an unneeded photo.

What is inside an exported ZIP?

Depending on the selected content, the package includes browser pages (index.html and mobile.html), structured data (data.json), plain text (memos.txt), and photo files.
