1. 基本方針

PashNote（以下「本アプリ」）は、写真、テキスト、音声、OCR結果、文字起こし、タグ、アルバムなどの記録を、原則として本アプリの端末内ストレージに保存します。本アプリは、利用者アカウント、広告、行動分析、トラッキング、開発者独自のクラウド同期を提供しません。

2. 本アプリが扱う情報

利用者が機能を選択した場合、本アプリは次の情報を扱います。

• 入力したメモ、日付、タグ、アルバム、お気に入り等

• 撮影または選択した写真と写真ごとのキャプション

• 写真からApple Visionフレームワークで認識した文字と利用者による修正文

• 録音した音声と、AppleのSpeechフレームワークによる文字起こし結果

• 表示方法等のアプリ設定

これらの記録を、開発者が運営するサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。

3. 権限とAppleのシステムサービス

本アプリは、該当機能を利用するときに次の権限を求めます。

• カメラ：写真を撮影するため

• 写真：写真を読み込む、または選択した写真を写真ライブラリへ保存するため

• マイク：音声を録音するため

• 音声認識：録音内容を文字へ変換するため

文字起こしにはAppleの SFSpeechRecognizer を使用します。端末と言語がオンデバイス認識に対応するとき、本アプリはオンデバイス認識を要求します。対応していない場合、認識対象の音声が処理のためAppleへ送信されることがあります。この処理にはAppleのプライバシー方針が適用されます。Appleは、アプリに音声認識を許可した場合、文字起こし対象の音声がAppleへ送信される可能性があると説明しています。

権限はiOSまたはiPadOSの「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」から変更できます。任意の権限を拒否しても、テキストのみのメモなど、権限を必要としない機能は利用できます。

4. 共有、写真保存、書き出し

利用者が共有、写真保存、または書き出しを明示的に選んだ場合、本アプリは選択された記録をシステムの共有先、写真ライブラリ、または利用者が選択した保存先へ渡します。共有先のアプリやサービスによる情報の取り扱いには、その提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

書き出し形式にはJSON、HTML、テキスト、JPEG、ZIP等が含まれます。書き出したファイルの保管と共有は利用者が管理します。

5. 保存期間と削除

記録は、利用者が削除するか、本アプリを端末から削除するまで、端末内に保存されます。ゴミ箱へ移動したメモまたは写真は復元できますが、ゴミ箱へ移動してから30日以上経過した項目は、本アプリがバックグラウンドへ移る際に完全削除されます。利用者は30日を待たずに完全削除することもできます。

端末バックアップに本アプリのデータが含まれる場合、そのバックアップは利用者が選択したAppleまたは他のバックアップサービスの設定と方針に従います。

6. 開発者によるデータ収集と第三者SDK

本アプリは、広告SDK、分析SDK、クラッシュ収集SDK、ソーシャルログインSDKその他の第三者SDKを組み込んでいません。開発者は、本アプリを通じて利用者の記録、識別子、利用状況、位置情報、連絡先、購入情報を収集しません。本アプリは利用者を複数のアプリやWebサイトにわたって追跡しません。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、開発者が運営するサービスへのアカウント登録やデータ送信を行いません。ただし、写真や音声には個人情報が含まれる場合があります。保護者を含む利用者は、端末、共有先、書き出しファイルを適切に管理してください。

8. 本方針の変更

機能、利用するシステムサービス、データの取り扱いが変わる場合、本方針を更新し、必要に応じてアプリ内または配布ページで告知します。重要な変更は、変更後の発効日とともに表示します。

1. Overview

PashNote (the “App”) generally stores your photos, text, audio, OCR results, transcriptions, tags, albums, and related records in the App's on-device storage. The App does not provide user accounts, advertising, behavioral analytics, tracking, or developer-operated cloud synchronization.

2. Information Handled by the App

When you choose to use the relevant features, the App handles:

• Memos, dates, tags, albums, favorites, and related organization data

• Photos you capture or select and captions you add to them

• Text recognized from photos with Apple's Vision framework and your edits to that text

• Audio you record and transcription results produced with Apple's Speech framework

• App preferences such as display settings

The App has no feature that uploads these records to a server operated by the developer.

3. Permissions and Apple System Services

The App requests access only when you use a related feature:

• Camera: to capture photos

• Photos: to import photos or save selected photos to your library

• Microphone: to record audio

• Speech Recognition: to transcribe recorded audio

Transcription uses Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer. When the device and language support on-device recognition, the App requires on-device recognition. Otherwise, audio being recognized may be sent to Apple for processing and is subject to Apple's privacy terms. Apple explains that audio selected for transcription may be sent to Apple when you allow an app to use Speech Recognition.

You can change permissions in iOS or iPadOS under Settings > Privacy & Security. If you deny an optional permission, features that do not require it, such as text-only memos, remain available.

4. Sharing, Photo Saving, and Export

When you explicitly choose to share, save photos, or export, the App passes the selected records to the system share destination, your photo library, or a location you select. The receiving app or service handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Export formats include JSON, HTML, text, JPEG, and ZIP. You are responsible for storing and sharing exported files.

5. Retention and Deletion

Records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the App. A memo or photo moved to Trash can be restored, but the App permanently deletes items that have remained in Trash for at least 30 days when the App next enters the background. You can also permanently delete an item sooner.

If your device backup includes App data, that backup is governed by the settings and policies of Apple or another backup service you choose.

6. Developer Data Collection and Third-Party SDKs

The App does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, social-login, or other third-party SDKs. The developer does not collect your records, identifiers, usage data, location, contacts, or purchase information through the App. The App does not track you across apps or websites.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not require an account or send records to a developer-operated service. Photos and audio may nevertheless contain personal information. Users, including parents or guardians, should manage the device, share destinations, and exported files appropriately.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy will be updated if the App's features, system services, or data practices change. Material changes will be shown with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, announced in the App or on its distribution page.
