Neha Shrimali is a seasoned corporate professional with over 17 years of experience, including a decade in the Banking sector specialising in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations. Her work within regulatory environments has shaped a strong foundation in governance, documentation integrity, risk mitigation, and compliance-led organisational practices.

As a Certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Expert and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practitioner, Neha advises organisations on establishing legally compliant workplace mechanisms aligned with the POSH Act, 2013. She works closely with leadership teams, HR functions, and Internal Committees (IC) to design prevention-focused frameworks that strengthen reporting systems, inquiry processes, and behavioural accountability at the workplace.
