The next couple of years were years of evolution and development and the group learned to 'listen' to the other parts, and make efforts to blend their voices into an increasingly solid choral sound. (Just don't mention singing "Soft Kitty" - from the Big Bang Theory - as a round to them)
And we began to experiment with presenting an image different from the standard white on black.
2014 got off to a rough start when one of our members lost everything in a house fire. At a benefit to help out the dress was...anything will do, so long as it is bright
Then it was back to the United Church for another gospel concert. And back to white on black for the occasion
At our first all choral concert in April, we joined with the Elementary School choir and tried out red or blue on black colours
We repeated the red/blue colours at the Spring Concert at The Hall
Community concert, Springhill NS in June. Performing 'Working Man' across from the miner's memorial was amazing
