Spring Elections
The Parklawn PTA will hold elections for the roles of president, secretary, and treasurer at the general meeting in May. If you are interested in learning more about these roles, please email us at parklawnpta@gmail.com.
President
President
Rayne Yates has a stepson in eighth grade and a stepson in fifth grade. As President, Rayne helps to organize PTA events to support students, families, and staff. She has helped to organize Bingo night and staff appreciation events.
Vice President

Treasurer
Treasurer
Robin Troutman is currently the Deputy Director for the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities where she handles the day-to-day operations of the nonprofit organization. Previously, Robin has served in a number of administrative and operational roles in both the for profit and non-profit sectors. She specializes in organizational management and events management. Robin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on nonprofit management. She is currently working towards her Executive Master's in Jewish Professional Studies through Spertus University. Robin lives in Alexandria with her husband, two boys, two dogs, and a bird.
