CORI Background Check for all Volunteers:
A CORI background check is required by Billerica Public School for ALL volunteers who will interact with students or will be on school grounds.
To complete your CORI form, simply stop in at the Parker School office with your driver's license.
CORI Forms are valid for 3 (three) years. After this time you will need to complete a new form.
DOWNLOAD YOUR CORI FORM HERE and bring it in to the Parker School Office. Forms are also available at the school.
