Agreement. By using Park Blitz you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Safety and Community Guidelines. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you and is responsible for your use of the app.
The app. Park Blitz helps groups play games together in person. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for fun, non-commercial play.
Play nicely. Don't use the app to bully, harass or threaten anyone. Don't photograph people for tasks. Don't try to break, cheat, copy or overload the app or its servers, and don't join games you weren't invited to.
Your nickname. You're responsible for the nickname you choose. Pick a kind one that isn't your real full name. Nicknames can't contain bad words, and we may remove games or nicknames that break these terms.
Outdoor safety. Park Blitz is played outside and involves running and hiding. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and the safety of children you supervise. Follow our Safety and Community Guidelines, local laws and park rules, stay away from roads and water, and never hide anywhere unsafe. Maps, distances and location features can be inaccurate and must never be relied on for safety or navigation.
Chat and community rules. Before you post anything other players see, you agree to our Safety and Community Guidelines. Be kind, keep it PG, and keep private things private (no full names, addresses, schools, phone numbers or social media names). We may remove any message, nickname, picture or place, and the host can delete messages in their game. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we remove it and may stop people who break the rules from sharing.
Profile pictures. Profile pictures are switched off for now. If we turn them back on, you'll need to be 13 or older to add one, use only a picture of yourself (or something that isn't a person), keep it PG, and not show where you live or go to school. We may remove any picture.
Sending us clips. You must be 13 or older. The app doesn't upload clips: it opens our social media or email, and what you send there also follows that service's terms. You must have filmed the clip yourself and have permission for everything in it, including music, and everyone in it must agree (and a parent or guardian for anyone under 18). By sending a clip you let Andrew Abdallah post it on our social media. We ask for written permission before posting, never post names, schools or locations, delete clips we don't post, and take a posted clip down within 48 hours if you ask.
Places and feedback. Only add public places that are safe and open to everyone, never homes, schools or private property. Places are checked before they appear, and we may decline, edit or remove any place. Use Report if a place is wrong or unsafe. Places are suggestions only: check park rules, hours and conditions yourself. Search results when adding a place come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and may be wrong or out of date. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the app without owing you anything.
Purchases and subscriptions. Premium is optional, and the classic games are free. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play and follow their terms and refund policies. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A day pass lasts 24 hours; if you have more than one, they run one after another. A game pass bought earlier still covers one game you host. Children under 13 need a parent to make purchases.
Ads. The free version shows ads from third parties on some screens. We don't control ad content beyond the settings described in our Privacy Policy. Please report anything inappropriate with Report ad in the app or at parkblitz@outlook.com.
Copyright. If you believe something in the app infringes your copyright, email parkblitz@outlook.com with your contact details, the work, where it appears in the app, and a statement that you believe in good faith it isn't authorized. We remove infringing content and may stop people who repeatedly infringe from posting.
Trademarks. Park Blitz and its game modes are original works of Andrew Abdallah. The Impostor mode is a social-deduction game in the tradition of party games like Mafia and Werewolf; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Among Us or Innersloth. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google, Android, Google Play and Firebase are trademarks of Google LLC. Using these names doesn't imply endorsement.
No warranty. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always work, be error-free or be available.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Andrew Abdallah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries or losses from playing games, being outdoors, or relying on the app.
Ending use. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data in Parent settings. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes. We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
