We have a fundraiser opportunity that will place funds directly into your child’s individual trip account for the Disney World Band Trip.
Back by popular demand, we will be selling frozen Shakespeare Pizza. Those of you who are from Columbia, Missouri or attended MU should be pretty familiar with this really great pizza!
Attached is a flyer with a description of all of the pizzas available to order. There is also an order form attached.
Here is how the order process works:
The students need to collect the money when they take the order. Make checks payable to Park Hill High School.
All order forms and money need to be collected by Monday, October 3rd.
Please secure the money and order forms in an envelope with your child’s name on the envelope. Your child will put the envelope in the Red Box located in the band room. It must be turned in by Monday, October 3rd.
Delivery of frozen pizzas:
The pizzas will be delivered on Thursday, October 20th at 5:00 in the parking lot next to the Band door.
There will be a truck in the parking lot with a staff member from Shakespeare Pizza who will hand out the pizzas.
Shakespeare requires you to wear a mask when you pick up the pizza.
PIZZA MUST REMAIN FROZEN! TAKE IT DIRECTLY HOME TO YOUR FREEZER; WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE IN THE SCHOOL TO STORE IT FOR YOU.
