Hello Marching Band Families,

We have been busy since school let out getting your Spirit Shop up and running. See the attachment for your Spirit Shop options.

Please be aware that THE STORE CLOSES ON AUGUST 1ST.

• All items have an option to add a name.

• If your band member intends to use the bag during Marching Season or take it to Disney World (one of the reasons we are offering bags this year), the directors are asking that you please have their name printed on the bag.

• The Decals can be used for anything, but several are excited to use them as car decals.

• Proceeds go into the band member's individual trip account.

ALL ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP ON AUGUST 18TH DURING REHEARSAL. I will be in the parking lot closest to the band doors with my trunk open, ready to disperse. Items can be picked up before rehearsal or they will be sent home with your band member that same night. Any leftover items will be put in the band room. You will need to work with a director to pick up or your student can during the next band class.

We hope you enjoy your purchases. It will be exciting to create a sea of red band shirts at all the events.

August 14, 2022 Update

Hello Marching Band and Color Guard Families,

It's time to pick up our Spirit Goodies.

When: Thursday, August 20^th ; 6:45 – 9:00 pm

We prefer you to get your items when you drop your child off at practice. If your child comes to practice on their own, your child can pick it up after practice.

Any items that are not picked up on Thursday evening will be put on Mr. Hascall’s desk to be picked up by your child another day.

Where: "Band Parking Lot." (Where kids are dropped off/park for band practice).

Your items will be available either:

• In the parking lot close to the band door in the back of a vehicle with the trunk up/boxes sitting on trunk

• Spread out on the sidewalk

• Or IF THE WEATHER IS BAD, in the band room

Look for Janelle, your Band Backer president and Jeff McKinney, the person who made all the meat for our potluck and food for our band. For those of you who are used to looking for me, I'm not sure I can make the drop off this year, so I brought in reinforcements.

We do keep track of who picks up the items. If you can't find your items, please contact me and I'll track them down. If you'd like to help pass out and track, let me know. A few more people really helps!
