PARADIGM A CAPELLA CHOIR is open to all students exhibiting an ability to sing and a desire to perform at both school and community performances. Emphasis will be placed on four part vocal music. Students will learn note reading and general historical characteristics of music from all styles and periods of music history. The elements of health singing including good posture and good performance technique will be an important part of the curriculum. Attendance is required at a variety of performances and is a large part of end class evaluation. A costume is required.
Prerequisite: Bel Canto or Men's Chorus and Director’s Approval.
