QUARTERLY UPDATES

Act and TELANGANA State Rules mandate that the Promoter of every registered real estate project shall file the quarterly updates. Such update is required to be completed within the due dates mentioned as per respective Rules of the state to avoid any violation of mandatory provisions of the Act and Rules.

The promoter shall upload the following updates on the webpage for the project, within 7 days from the expiry of each quarter:

1. List of number and types of apartments or plots, booked.

2. List of number of parking booked.

3. Status of the project:

a. Status of construction of each building with photographs;

b. Status of construction of each floor with photographs; and

c. Status of construction of internal infrastructure and common areas with photographs.

4. financial aspects of collections and spending of money approved by CA

5. Percentage of work completion duly approved by Architect and Engineer.

PAR RERA Consultants timely reminders will help the Promoter's to prepare and submit the Quarterly updates accurately within the stipulated time.
