Project Registration

All type of developments Residential, Plotted, Commercial and Mixed developments (Residential and Commercial) which got permission from competent Authority on or after 1^st January, 2017

Agent Registration

All Agents will have to be mandatorily registered with the TELANGANA state RERA Authority. Real estate agents will be given a registration number by the authority which will be valid for 5 years and will be quoted in every transaction facilitated by him

DTCP/HMDA Approvals

As per Telangana State Rules of RERA, projects to be registered with RERA need to be approved by respective competent Authority like DTCP/HMDA/ GHMC/ Municipality/Etc.

Project Extension

Extension of project registration can be granted under reasonable circumstance, without the fault of the promoter, which shall not be more than a maximum period of 1 year.

Agent Renewal

All Agents will have to be mandatorily registered with the TELANGANA state RERA Authority. Real estate agents will be given a registration number by the authority which will be valid for 5 years .

Quarterly Updates

Act and TELANGANA State Rules mandate that the Promoter of every registered real estate project shall file the quarterly updates within 7 days from the expiry of each quarter

Professional Certificates

Certificates by professionals like CA, Engineer and Architect are mandatory while registration/ Update of Real Estate project under TS RERA.

Legal Advisory

As per Act, It is mandatory to provide legal opinion or title search need to be submitted which is duly investigate and approved by a practiced advocate having minimum 10 years of experience.
