Submissions

Early career researchers are encouraged to apply.

Applications must be submitted through the following Google Forms: 2025/2026 or 2026/2027. As you will see, applications must include:

• Provisional title.

• Provisional extended abstract [500-700 words].

• Preferred presentation dates.

• Deadline for the Fall term: 10/09/26 (DD/MM/YY)

• Deadline for the Winter term: 24/12/26 (DD/MM/YY)

• Deadline for the Spring term: 19/03/27 (DD/MM/YY)

Priority will be given to PhD students from the University Carlos III de Madrid and other universities.
