If you use headphones or earbuds, have them ready before the session.
Keep your device charged and your equipment accessible.
You may use separate devices or headphones for music and the spoken guidance if that works well for you.
Give yourself time to settle in before the session.
Resting or taking a short nap beforehand may help you become more aware of images, sensations, and impressions during your experience.
A good question can open more than an answer.
Before your session, consider what you would like to explore. The questions are open-ended rather than questions that can be answered simply with yes or no often invite a deeper exploration.
Here are some possibilities:
What do I need to be aware of right now?
How can I be more open to living a prosperous life?
What is keeping me from being more loving?
What is the nature of my most evolved self?
What practical considerations and inner work need my attention?
Is this particular job, project, or career right for me?
What is my role in the events of the world right now?
You don't have to find the "right" question. Sometimes the question itself is the beginning of the journey.
Images, stories, symbols, nature, music, and everyday experiences can all become doorways into creativity.
Explore these resources when you are looking for a fresh perspective, a spark of inspiration, or another way to approach your creative life.
This section can grow over time as new books, artists, images, music, creative prompts, and other sources of inspiration are added.
Take what speaks to you and leave what does not.
There is no particular order to follow. Let your curiosity be your guide.
