My Reiki sessions combine spoken guidance, quiet attention, visualization, and the traditional Reiki practice to create a calm space for personal reflection and inner exploration.

Distance Reiki sessions are offered through spoken-word guidance and energetic transmission.

Basic Balance

30 minutes · $50

A gentle introduction to Reiki practice. This brief session offers time to relax, settle your attention, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance.

The Key 

45 minutes · $80

The Key combines Reiki hand positions with a symbolic Reiki practice designed to encourage relaxation, balance, and harmony. It is a good general session when you merely want time to pause and renew.

Dragon’s Pearl

60 minutes · $100

Dragon’s Pearl combines Reiki practice with a reflective process for exploring thoughts, emotions, creative energy, and areas of tension.

A reflective conversation follows the session, giving you time to consider what you noticed and what meaning it may hold for you.

90 minutes · $150

Reiki Rainbow combines Reiki practice, guided imagery, symbolic techniques, and focused attention. The session offers extended time for reflection and exploration.

An intuitive body-scan drawing is included as a visual record of the experience.

Distance Spoken-Word Reiki

Settle into a comfortable space while I guide you through a quiet Reiki experience using spoken guidance, visualization, intention, and Reiki practice.

You may merely relax and listen, or allow images, sensations, memories, or creative ideas to arise naturally.

Reiki Group Experiences

$25 per person

A shared Reiki experience combining guided relaxation, intention, visualization, and quiet reflection.

Group sessions may be offered through special events and workshops.

Reiki attunements are part of the traditional practice and teaching of Reiki.

An attunement is a ceremonial experience through which a student receives instruction and participates in the Reiki tradition under the guidance of a Reiki Master.

Attunements are available for those who wish to deepen their personal practice and learn to offer Reiki to others.

Degree I

An introduction to Reiki practice, principles, self-practice, and foundational techniques. 

Four attunements + the foundations of Reiki

Advanced Reiki training for those who wish to continue their study and develop the skills to practice and teach Reiki.

• Passing Reiki attunements

• Advanced Reiki practice

• Degree III & IV certification

A Reiki experience begins with a conversation about your intention for the session.

You then settle into a comfortable position while I guide you through spoken imagery and Reiki practice.

You may experience stillness, warmth, imagery, memories, emotions, or simply a sense of quiet. Every experience is individual.

Reiki can also become a doorway into creative exploration.

An image that appears during a session may become a drawing. A color may become a painting. A sensation may inspire a shape, symbol, or mandala.
