Developed and led gluten-free cooking classes over Zoom, business promotion, and management. Designed our website, GF Chefs. Conducted fundraising events that raised $7,177 for the San Carlos Public School Education Foundation, and donated a portion of proceeds to the Celiac Community Foundation. Featured in an article about the cooking classes.

Authored and illustrated Sharing the Luck a 100+ page illustrated children’s book about the lives and stories of children around the world that I met. In 2019 I self-Published the book on Amazon.com, over 415 copies sold to date with 11 all 5-star reviews.

Co-created and directed “Learn About the World Summer Camp” for 5-8 year olds, an introduction to multiculturalism through play, cooking, and crafting. This camp has run profitably for 3+ years with happy return campers.
