If you encounter abusive users or inappropriate content:
Report a User - Go to their profile > tap the three-dot menu > "Report User"
Report a Message - Long-press on the message to report it
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
If you experience a technical issue:
Go to Settings > Help & Support > Send Feedback
Select the type: Bug Report, Feature Request, General Feedback, or Support
Enter a subject and details about the issue
Tap Submit Your device info and app version are automatically included to help us troubleshoot. Alternatively, you can email us at support@pairupgolf.app

How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > General > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I change my email or password?
Go to Settings > General to update your account information.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.
How do I find players to play with?
Use the Pair Up feature to join open rounds, or challenge other teams to competitive matches.
How do I create or join a team?
Go to the Teams tab to create your own team or browse teams looking for members.
What happens if there's a score dispute?
Both teams must verify match scores. If there's a disagreement, use the in-app dispute process.
How do I block another user?
Go to their profile > tap the three-dot menu > "Block User". Blocked users cannot contact you or see your profile.
How do I manage my notifications?
Go to Settings > Notifications to customize which alerts you receive.
