WRIST MOVEMENT

Don't use the wrist on all your shots.

Use it as a trickshot, a surprise to your opponent. It can generate a lot of power in your shot.

Better to use your wrist when the ball is far behind you will be able to correct it or if you want to create a kick smash to the side fence, the smash to the backwall or the if you want to play a curved ~ flat power smash.

With a high or very low stroke, a change of direction at the last moment by using your wrist movement it can help you a lot. When you want to create an effect and acceleration. This can really make a difference.
