State Championship & Champions

State Championship Tournament Alexandria, MN | June 15, 2026 – June 23, 2026

Everyone is invited! This is a fun family all day event we hope everyone will attend. We shoot 4 rounds on our designated day along with about 1,000 other shooters from across the state. The Shooting Park in Alexandria will host over 10,000 shooters in the 9-day tournament making it the world’s largest trap shooting tournament. The club will supply burgers and hot dogs for the team members and their family.  The exact day that SSP will shoot is to be determined…more information will be shared when available. This year the club will be paying the $50 registration fee. Watch for our specific date to attend. 

MSHSL State Tournament 2021 -

 “Congratulations to SSP graduate Boone Johnson for tying for first place at the MSHSL State Clay Target Tournament!  Boone shot a perfect 100 and will be moving on to Nationals on July 7, 2021 in Michigan!  Way to go!”
