BEAR

The Bear rank emphasizes Duty to God, Duty to Country and camping skills. Most notably, it is at this rank that a scout can earn his Whittling Chip and start carrying and using a knife (with the parent's permission of course). Also how to pick a good campsite and pitch a tent.
