We provide essential hygiene supplies to youth in our community, helping them build healthy habits that last a lifetime. Learning proper hygiene during these formative years is critical—not only for preventing illness and discomfort, but also for supporting confidence and self-esteem. Through our Hygiene to Home kits, Little Free Hygiene Houses, and Mobile Hygiene House, we make it easy for children, teens, and young adults to access the resources they need. O.W.N. is committed to showing up for youth during these important moments—offering support, guidance, and care as they grow into confident, healthy individuals.
Little Free Hygiene House
In January of 2026 we pitched our LFHH program. We understand not everyone is able to fill out or have access to hygiene kit drop offs, so we adapted. A LFHH is a cabinet full of essentials for anyone to take, care bags and premade kits are inside ready. O.W.N. ensures to monitor, maintain, and fill every LFHH in our name. We have gathered supplies from Reuse and hand made each little house like it is our home. Help us build these houses with love.
If you would like us to install a LFHH on your property, or an artist looking to paint and design a house please email us!
Hygiene 2 Home
Hygiene kits are designed for anyone aged 5-21. We are solely donation based and cannot guarantee specific items but we hope whatever we are able to give helps. These items are not only preventative care, but can ensure someone feels confident for the next day. This is a "First Come First Served" program, meaning we drop off based on who applied first.
We serve around 150 individuals each month. This does not include our Unhoused Community.
Mobile Hygiene House: We are working towards hosting a drive thru Hygiene Pick Up regularly. We will be at BUSBY PARK on the THIRD TUESDAY of the month from 9AM until supplies lasts.
Community Support
O.W.N. loves to support our community in a variety of ways. Are you a nonprofit in need of hygiene support, have an idea for fundraising, an event? Please reach out to azulevents@ownhtx.org
Unhoused Support: My family and I go out along I-45 to pass out food and hygiene. We try to offer hot foods, when donations allow us, or sack lunches. Making anywhere from 60-200 meals in my tiny kitchen, packing them with love and care, and speaking with dignity and respect to each and every person.
There are many nonprofits in Houston who cater towards our unhoused community, but we figured why not help them out too. Win-win-win.
And you can donate directly to us : @/$ OWNHTX
