All donations to Onward With Novelty (OWN) are used to provide essential supplies and resources for local youth. We do not distribute funds directly to individuals. Instead, we focus on meeting the immediate needs of children and young adults under the age of 21 in the Houston area by supplying them with the items and support they need to thrive.

We are always accepting things off of our Amazon Wish List, for youth and homeless, or like items. 

Every "in kind" donation needs to be UNUSED and UNOPENED.

We accept things like: 

Shampoo and Conditioner (2-n-1 preferred)

Body Wash 

Toothbrush and Paste (Childrens and Adults)

Floss

Socks

O.W.N. can pick up any donations in the Northline Houston area, or you can drop off near Busby Park (77016).

Onward With Novelty is raising $5,000 to sustain and grow our programs serving Houston’s youth and young adults. This funding will directly support the day-to-day operations that allow our organization to continue providing essential hygiene resources, life skills education, and trade exploration opportunities to those who need them most.

Funds raised through this campaign will be allocated as follows:

• 40% – Operating Costs: Covering essential expenses such as storage, transportation, insurance, supplies, and administrative needs that ensure our organization operates effectively and responsibly.

• 40% – Programming: Supporting hands-on workshops, life skills classes, and trade exposure opportunities that equip teens and young adults with practical tools for independence and long-term success.

• 20% – Community Events & Outreach: Covering costs associated with outreach and fundraising events that allow us to distribute resources, engage volunteers, and expand our impact within the community.

This campaign is about sustainability.
