Everyone has strengths.  We must challenge oppression.  Some people in the community have greater needs and fewer choices and therefore need more services, advocacy and our support.  Through empowered members, the community is strengthened.  We create and support opportunities for respectful interactions so that community members can decide what is best for themselves.
