The Our Lady of Mercy Academy makes every effort to return items of value and importanceto the library users should they be left in the library.

Our Lady of Mercy Academy Library intended the privilege to borrow the learning materials such books, magazines, journals, newspapers, cd's, maps, and other resources except encyclopedias.

Each student is required to have a borrower's card (also serves library card) for free. In case of lost, the student shall avail a new card for P20.
Teachers and staffs are allowed to borrow books with the permission of the librarian or reading center personnel.
If the students will borrow books or other resource materials, they need to bring their borrowers card and present this to the librarian, and the librarian will keep your card until you returned the borrowed materials.
When students returned the borrowed material ask the librarian for the borrower's card.
Return the books on or before the date due and look for the time due if the book is used inside the library.
If the book is overdue give the book to the librarian and pay your fines.

The printing cost for short coupon bond is P3 per page for black and white. And P10 per page for colored. The printing cost for long coupon bond is P5 per page for black and white and P10 per page for colored.
