Delete Your PureSound Account

You can permanently delete your PureSound account and the data associated with it.
Delete your account in the app
1. Open PureSound.
2. Go to the Import screen and open Settings.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Review the information and tap “Continue”.
5. Tap “Delete account” again to confirm.
If a video is currently being processed, finish or cancel that process before deleting your account.
Important information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your remaining credits, Premium access, and account data will be removed.
Deleting your PureSound account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription separately through Google Play before deleting your account.
Videos already saved to your device gallery and your original videos are not deleted because they remain under your control on your device.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion request form below. Enter “PureSound Account Deletion” in your request and provide the Google account email address that you connected to PureSound. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership.
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days after successful verification.
Data deleted
• Your PureSound Firebase Authentication account and account identifier
• Credit balances and Premium entitlement information
• Processing job records, temporary uploads, extracted audio, subtitle files, and processed output files controlled by PureSound
• Rewarded-ad session records, processing locks, rate-limit records, and credit reservations
• The link between your PureSound account and retained purchase-protection records
Data that may be retained
Minimized and anonymized purchase-protection records may be retained where necessary to prevent the same purchase from being used more than once, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal or financial obligations.
Google Play Billing records and information processed independently by service providers are handled according to those providers’ retention policies.
