This Privacy Policy applies to Android mobile games and applications published by Cem Gundogmus (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on Google Play.
1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of data:
a) Gameplay Data
- Level progress, scores, in-game actions, feature usage, and game balance/performance events.
b) Device and Technical Data
- Device model, OS version, app version, language, country/region, IP address, and basic diagnostics.
c) Advertising and Consent Data
- Advertising identifiers, ad impressions/clicks, ad response diagnostics, and consent/privacy choice status.
- We may also receive impression-level ad revenue data from ad services (where supported).
d) Purchase Data (if applicable)
- In-app purchase event data (for example product ID, purchase success/failure, purchase timestamp/transaction status).
- Payment processing is handled by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
e) Analytics Data
- App usage and engagement data from analytics providers (such as Firebase Analytics and GameAnalytics), including session/activity events.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our games.
- Analyze player behavior and optimize game design.
- Show ads (personalized or non-personalized, depending on region and user choice).
- Measure monetization, retention, and performance.
- Detect abuse/fraud and maintain service security.
4. Consent and Privacy Choices
For users in regions where required (including EEA/UK and certain US states), we use Google’s consent framework (UMP) to request and manage privacy/ad choices.
If available in the app, you can reopen/update your privacy choices from the in-app Settings/Privacy Options screen.

We do not sell personal data for money.
We may share data with trusted service providers (analytics, ads, infrastructure, billing) only for purposes described in this policy, and as required by law.
Where required by applicable law, users can opt out of sale/share-related processing through available privacy choices.
7. Data Retention
- Some gameplay data may remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
- Third-party processed data is retained according to those providers’ retention policies.
- We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:
- Request access to data.
- Request deletion of data we control.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Opt out of personalized advertising via consent settings and/or device settings.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

No transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
