The 2025 Oakland University Student Congress (OUSC) election is being held online, from now until April 4, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
All enrolled Oakland University students are eligible to vote.
The ballot will allow students to elect candidates to the following Student Congress offices:
Student Body President (3 candidates, vote for 1)
Student Body Vice President (3 candidates, vote for 1)
Speaker of the Legislature (1 candidate, vote for 1)
Legislator (vote for up to 25)
The ballot will also include 10 proposed amendments to the Student Congress Constitution, and 4 proposals from the Student Activities Funding Assessment Committee.

Per the election rules and guidelines, the Johnson-Matthews campaign is not allowed to share the link to the ballot directly.
You can find it at the OU Student Congress Instagram page, and members of the Election Commission will be available in the Oakland Center during the week of voting to share resources and help voters.
The results of the election will be announced on April 7, and the new Congress will be inaugurated on April 14.
