These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ottomate CT, an SMS automation platform operated by Proper Fretiquette Guitar LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. By using our service or by opting in to receive SMS messages through our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ottomate CT provides AI-powered SMS automation for small businesses. Our business clients use Ottomate CT to respond to their customers via text message for purposes such as appointment scheduling, customer service, quotes, and general inquiries.

2. SMS Program Description

When a customer of one of our business clients opts in to receive SMS messages, they may receive text messages from that business sent through the Ottomate CT platform. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations, quotes, follow-ups, and related customer service communications.

3. How Consent Is Obtained

• Customers opt in to receive SMS messages through one of the following methods:

• Submitting a contact form on the participating business's website that includes a clear, unchecked SMS consent checkbox and disclosure language.

• Texting the participating business directly to initiate a conversation.

• Providing their phone number in person and checking a written consent box.

SMS consent is always optional. It is never required to complete a purchase, create an account, or receive any service. Consent checkboxes are never pre-checked, and SMS consent is never bundled with any other agreement.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the conversation between the customer and the participating business.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Customers should consult their mobile carrier for details on their messaging plan.

6. Help and Opt-Out

Reply HELP to any message to receive help and contact information.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of receiving further SMS messages. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your phone number.

7. Privacy

Your use of the SMS program and our service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle phone numbers and SMS opt-in data.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ottomate CT or its SMS service for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited messages, to harass any person, or in any manner that violates applicable law, carrier rules, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or The Campaign Registry guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.

9. Disclaimer

Ottomate CT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proper Fretiquette Guitar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
