Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity

Equity, diversity, and inclusion are central to the goal of the Ottawa Mathematics and Statistics Conference and its activities. Equity is a core principle that aims to eliminate the barriers and biases and is central to this conference in order to ensure every participant has an equal opportunity to access and benefit from this conference. Diversity is a feature among individuals based on their living differences. Diversified perspectives are the foundations of the meeting communication from which this meeting is inspired. Finally, inclusion guarantees all participants are equally valued, respected, welcomed, and supported within the conference community.
