Hot Shots Workout - 5/26/20
Warm up:
Run for 3 minutes outside
Pike stretch count to 10 with toes pointed and then again with grab and pull toes
Stretch wrist: fingers forward rock 10 times, side to side 10 times, finger nails toward you rock 10 times, finger nails on floor rock 10 times
Heel stretch, count to 20
2 bridges with Hershey kiss hands and knees and feet together
Split stretches: count to 30 for each on both legs
Nose to knee
Bend and push
Runner stretch

Vault:
March 20 steps
Step, step hop to 2 feet 10 times
20 skips
Run skip run 3 times in your yard
Run skip the rest of the way 3 times in your yard
Handstand on wall with knees on wall count to 10
Bars:
Hollow hold with cupcake hands see if you can do 10-20 seconds
Push up rocks..lean over the “bar” put a towel down to be your bar- do 20 rocks
Candle sticks 12
Beam:
Walks F/S/B across your yard or on a line 2 times on each leg. Make sure you don’t have bumpy knees
10 Lunge, T-body, levers
10 pivot, step pivot turns
10 Releve toe raisers on each foot
10 Straight jump straight jump
Floor:
5 Cartwheel step ins
5 Half turns
5 v Split jump
5 Handstands try to hold for 2 gymnastics
5 step hurdle (skip) cartwheels
Strength:
20 leg lifts on the floor
10 v-ups
20 pop pop squats
10 push ups
3 super girl holds for 20 seconds
3 hollow holds for 20 seconds
4 single leg squats on each leg
