Petition Collecting:

The first step of this election is getting on the ballot. There are two ways to qualify for an election of this size.

1. Collect 4824 petitions from voters across the district
2. Pay 10,000 dollars.

I believe its unethical for a democracy to have a that absurdly high cost of entry, so I'm asking volunteers to collect petitions in lieu of donating cash.
