"Happiness is serious stuff"

People often ask me how I manage to stay so energetic, happy and positive all the time. The truth? It's deep work, sometimes tough, sometimes challenging. It's about facing our shadows, aligning with our true selves, and constant training. But it's also about EASE.

What if self-exploration felt like play? What if we approached personal growth the way children do -  learning effortlessly through curiosity, joy, and movement? I love exploring our human "superpowers" and helping others discover theirs using a different kind of intelligence: one that goes beyond the mental and emotional, tapping into a deep sense of connection with the whole.

I am Manuela 42 years old, with Italian and Austrian roots. While working in tourism, eventmanagement and consulting for over 20 years, orgnizing international business events and workshops for teams and individuals, I specialized as a systemic business coach with focus on leadership development and team dynamics, working with the Open System Model (OSM) developed by Kambiz Poostchi. A few years ago, I decided to merge my passions and profession, creating immersive experiences in breathtaking locations that blend coaching, water activities, and the wisdom of nature.

Nature has always been a guiding force in my work - one of the purest examples of an open system from which we can learn effortlessly. It nurtures us on both conscious and unconscious levels, often healing wounds without us even realizing it. But how beautiful it is to truly look, to become aware of this process, and to recognize the gifts nature offers us. I see our connection with nature as a delicate balance of giving and receiving: we take in its healing energy, and in return, we offer our respect. By deepening our understanding of nature, we learn to integrate with it, fostering a harmonious balance both within ourselves and in the world around us.

Another key aspect of my vision is to redefine tourism, shifting away from mass travel towards experiences that foster community, integration, and meaningful cultural exchange. I believe in bringing people together across cultures and perspectives, creating spaces where we can learn from and inspire one another.

These values are deeply embedded in our transformational retreats, designed to cultivate self-discovery, leadership growth, and authentic connection. My goal is to support leaders and teams in unlocking their full potential, empowering them to make a lasting impact in their organizations and the world.
In a world that often prioritizes external success, I find fulfillment in guiding people toward true happiness and personal growth because for me, real change always starts from within.
