As soon as we reach 10 registrations, you will get an email from us and you will have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price (non refundable). Only after this payment your spot will be definitely confirmed.
After the payment of deposit you can procede with the booking of your flight.
you will pay the 70% of the total price 45 days before the trip.
The allocation of the rooms will occur on a "first-come, first-served" basis, depending on the incoming bookings. As a single traveller you should be open-minded regarding sharing a twin room. We will arrange sharing via Whatsapp Group before travelling to the Maldives.

For the whole experience the cost is 3.190,- USD* per person (approx. 3.050,- Euro)
At the moment we have an EARLY BIRD discount of 10% if you book until the 15th of May 2025
You will pay only 2.900,- USD (approx. 2.780,- Euro)
We will request an initial non-refundable deposit of 30%
(*): To mitigate any potential price fluctuations resulting from the Dollar-Euro exchange rate we provide the final price in USD (very convenient at the moment if you use Euros). It's essential to keep in mind that the exchange rate will be subject to your bank's policies at the time of payment.
Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
The remaining 70% balance is due 45 days before the retreat start date.
If booking within 45 days of the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel, the following fees apply:
More than 45 days before the retreat: deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded.
Less than 45 days before the retreat: no refunds will be issued - you have to pay the 70% balance.
Additional Notes
You may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us as soon as possible.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations, travel disruptions, or medical emergencies.
