We see a decrease in production capacity in the production process, so it is necessary to evaluate each stage of the production process to find out the problem. My responsibility in this role is to review each process step and identify production losses from each process, including calculating the required use of ingredients in customized fertilizer products. I collected data from laboratory II B PT Petrokimia and analyzed the mass and energy balance design based on research results to determine mass and energy balance losses at each production stage. The result is an analysis of a 20% reduction in loss production by estimating the raw material requirements based on annual production capacity

Responsibility
Understand the flow of the fertilizer production process for unit II B of PT Petrokimia Gresik including (NPK Phonska, NPK Granulasi, and ZK)
Performing formulation calculations for the granulated NPK (15:10:12) fertilizer production process
Carry out inspections at each process unit to increase the efficiency of granulated NPK fertilizer production
Result from the project
Carried out an analysis of 20 % the reduction in loss production by estimating the raw material requirements based on annual production capacity
Evaluate the estimated energy requirements for each unit of production based on analysis data
Estimated raw material input requirements for customized formulation products of granulated NPK fertilizer 15:10:20
