All youth organizations and youth-serving organizations with a minimum of ten (10) members in good standing and which are operating in Cagayan de Oro City.
No, members don't need to be solely composed of youth. Two major classifications of organizations can register:
Youth Organization - refers to those whose membership or composition is youth whose ages range from fifteen (15) to thirty (30) years old.
Youth-serving Organizations - refer to those principal programs, projects, and activities that are youth-oriented and youth-related.

Once your registration documents are complete, reviewed, and verified, the OYDO will release a Certificate of Local Registration valid for three (3) years. This will be sent to your organization's email address or a hard copy may be claimed at the Oro Youth Development Office.
Once the 3-year registration expires, you must renew your registration.
