Leadership Team

President

Kirby is the Student Bar Association President for the 2026-2027 school year.

She is originally from Littleton, Colorado and earned her degree in International Relations, Religion, and Leadership from the University of Denver. Before beginning law school she worked as a government consultant in Washington, D.C and New York.

Kirby is interested in Sports and Entertainment law, as much of her time outside of school is spent watching sports and catching up on the latest tv shows and movies. 

Her SBA goals this year include building community between classes and connecting students with faculty and staff.

A couple fun facts about Kirby are that she has hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro and performed on stage at Red Rocks Amphitheater. 

Vice-President

Tucker is a 2L at the University of Oregon School of Law. Before studying at U of O, he lived in Phoenix and worked at a law firm. He is looking forward to meeting the incoming 1L class and helping them as they start their law school journey. He is equally excited to aid the 2L and 3L classes as they are welcomed back to the University of Oregon.  

Treasurer

Morgan is the 2026-2027 Treasurer for the Student Bar Association. 

She is originally from Alexandria, Virginia, and earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota. Before beginning law school, she worked as a pricing analyst in Washington, D.C.

Morgan is interested in a range of business-related legal fields, including mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property, and hopes to use her role in the SBA to expand students’ access to helpful materials and resources.

Outside of school, Morgan enjoys hiking with her dog, reading, and taking advantage of all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Secretary

Malaina is 2026-2027 Secretary for the Student Bar Association. 

She is originally from Franklin, Tennessee but completed her undergrad at Grinnell College where she majored in Biology and Psychology. Malaina moved out to Oregon for law school and could not wait to explore the incredible PNW outdoors. 

Malaina is interested in Environmental Law and aims to work in the non-profit sector after law school. 

In her free time, Malaina can be found hiking, spending time with her friends and her dog, Hank, and playing volleyball.  

3L Representative

Aubrey grew up in South Pasadena, CA, and plans to return to California after law school to practice business compliance and litigation. While she calls CA home, her Eugene roots run deep: her mom grew up in South Eugene, her parents met at UO while her dad was in law school (’85), and her grandmother worked as the secretary to the UO President for nearly 30 years.

She’s excited to serve as a 3L Representative alongside her bestie, Bryanna. On campus, Aubrey is heavily involved as a UO Law Ambassador, Senior Frohnmayer Leadership Program Fellow, Moot Court Board & Executive Committee Member, and Communications Director for the Estate Planning and Probate Law Forum.

Outside of class, you’ll usually find her at F45 or Pilates, catching up on Law & Order reruns, snowboarding, or reading a good romantasy book.

3L Representative

Bryanna was born and raised in Wisconsin. For her undergraduate degree, she attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior and double majored in Legal Studies and Psychology. Despite her love for all things Midwestern, she plans to stay in Oregon to practice family law after graduation. Bryanna is on track to be the first attorney not only in her immediate family, but in her extended family as well.  

She is very excited to serve as a 3L Representative alongside her bestie, Aubrey. Within the law school, Bryanna is involved in the Child and Family Law Association, Women’s Law Forum, and OUTLaws. She has also completed the Frohnmayer Leadership Program. Outside of the law school, Bryanna previously clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice – Child Advocacy and Protection Division. Currently, she is working as a Court Certified Law Clerk for Reynolds & Steindorf, LLP in Corvallis.  

Outside of school and work, Bryanna can usually be found rooting for the Ducks football team, enjoying the outdoors, or trying out a new restaurant, brewery, or winery.  

2L Representative

Zainab is one of the 2L Representatives for the 2026–2027 school year.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Zainab earned degrees in Biology and Psychology from UT Arlington and a Master of Public Health from UT Southwestern before moving to Oregon for law school.

Zainab is interested in intellectual property and patent law, particularly in the life sciences. She is a member of Oregon Law’s Moot Court Board and serves as Co-Director of APALSA. As a 2L Representative, she hopes to strengthen community and keep her classmates connected and engaged with SBA.

Outside of school, Zainab loves rock climbing, volleyball, painting, photography, and traveling. Most importantly, she is the proud owner of Rosy, her 15-year-old cat.

2L Representative

Lauren Nolan is one of the 2L Representatives for the 2026–2027 school year. She is originally from Sacramento, California, and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Lauren is very passionate about environmental law but is excited to explore different areas of the legal field during law school.

As a 2L Representative, she hopes to help create a welcoming community, advocate for her classmates, and make sure students feel heard and supported throughout their time at Oregon Law.

Outside of school, Lauren enjoys traveling, watching baseball, and spending time with friends and family. 

1L Representative

Anders is the 1L Representative for the Green Cohort. He is originally from Victorville, California, but he grew up in Boise, Idaho. Anders took a non-traditional path to law school. He graduated high school at age sixteen, enrolled at Portland State University at age seventeen, and dropped out at age eighteen. Between dropping out and finishing his undergraduate degree, he ran errands for a commercial real estate firm, processed applications for rental assistance under the CARES Act, sold tickets at Idaho Shakespeare Festival, modeled for art classes, and worked in graduate studies recruitment at Boise State University.

Anders graduated magna cum laude, on the Dean's List, with Honors from Boise State with a BA in History and a Minor in Labor Studies in 2026. While at Boise State, he represented the student body on Academic Misconduct Sanctioning Boards, volunteered for Jesse Tree of Idaho, served as Vice President of the Boise Association of Student Historians, presented his research at regional history conferences, and wrote an undergraduate thesis on the history of the Boise Towne Square Mall using archival materials from Boise State and the City of Boise. 

Anders came to the University of Oregon Law School to keep helping the people whose applications for rental assistance he processed during the pandemic, and to continue exploring issues of labor and employment. He is interested in housing and eviction law, labor law, and employment law. At the law school, Anders serves as a 1L Rep for the Student Bar Association, serves as a 1L Rep for National Lawyers Guild, and competes in Moot Court selection competitions. 

In what little free time he has, Anders loves reading fiction, writing poetry and fiction (he is currently writing a romance novel about vampire librarians), cooking, playing Go, cycling, tasting wine and whiskey, making chainmaille jewelry, taking long walks around his neighborhood. Once he gets his schedule under control, he wants to take painting classes and fencing classes here in Eugene. His favorite musician is Kate Bush, his favorite book is Frankenstein, and his favorite movie is Good Will Hunting.

1L Representative

Jackson Cox is the Yellow Section 1L Representative for the 2026-27 school year. He moved to Oregon after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in Austin, where he studied political science and sociology. He is excited to have gotten away from the heat and plans to remain in the Pacific Northwest after law school

He enthusiastically pursues interests in a number of different directions, serving as 1L representative for Oregon Law Students Public Interest Fund, and an active member on campus in the Criminal Defense Association, the National Lawyers Guild, and the Labor and Employment Law Association. As a member of the SBA Leadership Team, he is excited to serve his community and build connections with classmates. 

Outside of school, Jackson can be found playing guitar, going to see live music, exploring the hiking trails around Eugene, and playing board games with his friends.

1L Representative

Noah is the Silver Section's 1L Representative for the 2026-2027 academic year. He is initially from Bend, Oregon, where he earned his degree in Political Science from Oregon State University – Cascades. 

Noah is passionate about advocacy work, including immigration, family, criminal defense, and public interest law. He brings his prior student governance and lobbying experience to SBA, and uses it as a tool to better advocate for law students and their needs.  

Outside of law school, Noah enjoys board games, hiking, trivia, and thrifting with friends.
