By using Opura, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Opura is an educational and productivity tool for shorthand learning, revision, and practice. The app allows users to create custom shorthand outlines, save words and phrases, revise saved entries, practice generated prompts, and organize a personal shorthand library.
Opura is provided for personal learning and practice. The app does not guarantee that any shorthand outline, reference, practice prompt, sentence generation, word classification, or suggested word type is accurate, complete, official, or suitable for every shorthand system. Users are responsible for verifying shorthand forms and learning materials according to their own goals, teachers, courses, books, or preferred reference sources.
Opura may include optional reference features for shorthand learning. Any reference content is provided for educational support only. Opura is not an official Gregg shorthand product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners or publishers of Gregg shorthand materials unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for the content you create, paste, draw, save, import, or export in Opura. Do not use Opura to store or distribute content that you do not have the right to use. Do not use Opura in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Opura stores user-created data locally on your device. The developer is not responsible for loss of data caused by deleting the app, device failure, operating system issues, user error, corruption, or failure to export backups. If backup or export functionality is available, you are responsible for saving exported files in a safe location.
Opura is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The developer may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of Opura at any time. These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
