Apple Health allows you to securely connect your health and fitness information from your iPhone, Apple Watch and supported fitness applications with our app.
Apple Health acts as a central place where your health and activity information is stored. With your permission, our app can read selected health data to provide fitness tracking, activity insights and performance analysis.
You remain in control of your information at all times. You decide which data our app can access and you can change these permissions whenever you want.
Please make sure you have:
✅ An iPhone running iOS
✅ The latest version of our app installed
✅ The Apple Health app available on your iPhone
✅ Your Apple Watch or fitness apps connected (if applicable)

Open the Health app on your iPhone.
The Health app icon looks like a white square with a red heart.
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select:

This section shows all apps that can connect to Apple Health.
Open our app.
Go to:
Settings → Health Data Connection
Select:
Connect Apple Health
Your iPhone will display the Apple Health permission screen.
Choose the information you want to share.
