San Diego County's Office of Equity and Racial Justice partners with the community to co-create transformative, enduring, structural and systemic change in San Diego County government. We bridge San Diego County departments and community voices to design bold policies and practices to advance equity. We champion belonging for all and advocate for people suffering from structural and systemic racism and exclusion.
This program is committed to empower ages (16-24) U.S. Immigrant Adults to achieve self- sufficiency in College, Career, Employment, and Work Experience Goals.
We deliver programs that connect what people know, love and need to in-demand careers that power the local economy. By increasing access to career exploration, education, training and paid work opportunities we are creating a San Diego County that works for all.
