Surgeons

Imagine a scenario where a surgeon can pick from a list of Preference Cards and flows that provides metrics on how long the procedures takes, how much it costs and shows outcome metrics. Surgeons are responsible for the outcome of a procedure, but aren’t given the tools to take the learnings from past surgeries. Colloborating with other Surgeons to refine the Operative Flow and measuring success is the key to better outcomes. With OpFlow Surgeons are given a platform to manage a disjointed, ever changing team and ensure the process is smooth and effective.

OpFlow helps surgeons by creating a communication channel between surgical team members to instruct them on their role in the procedure. Surgeon’s can review feedback on what equipment, disposables and instruments were used in past procedures and recommend changes. OpFlow engages with the Operations teams to invoke changes in processes, cart setup, tray setup, room setup and roles changes to maximize efficiency.
