Try restoring your purchase from within the app. If the issue continues, contact us with your Apple ID purchase receipt.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and select OpenUp.

Do I need an account?

No. OpenUp does not require creating an account to use the app.
