OpenUp: Your Confidence App ("OpenUp," "the App," "we," "us") is developed and operated by:

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
OpenUp does not require you to create an account. You can use the App without providing a name, email address, or any sign-in credentials. There is no login system, and no personal profile is stored on our servers.
Because the App does not require an account, we collect only the limited information described below.
The App includes an "AI Practice" feature that lets you have a conversation with an AI assistant to practice confidence-building and communication skills.
What is sent: The text you type or speak during an AI Practice session is sent to our AI service provider so it can generate a response.
Who it is sent to: We use Google Gemini API (provided by Google) to power this feature.
Your consent: Before your first use of the AI Practice feature, the App will ask for your permission to send your conversation input to Google Gemini. You may decline, in which case the AI Practice feature will not be available to you.
Conversation content is sent to Google solely to generate a response and is processed according to Google's own data handling practices for API customers. We do not sell this data.
OpenUp offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed using RevenueCat, a subscription-management service.
RevenueCat receives an anonymous device/user identifier and purchase/transaction data (such as subscription status, renewal dates, and product purchased) in order to validate your purchase and unlock paid features.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. All payment is handled directly by Apple.
We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data beyond what is described in Sections 3.1 and 3.2. We do not use advertising trackers.
We use the information described above only to:
Generate AI responses during AI Practice sessions
Verify and manage your subscription status
Unlock paid features you've purchased
Improve the reliability and performance of the App
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with the following third parties, each acting as an independent data processor:
Each of these providers is contractually or independently bound to maintain data protection standards consistent with this Policy. We encourage you to also review:
Since the App does not maintain user accounts, we do not retain long-term personal profiles. AI Practice conversation text is processed by Google Gemini to generate a response and is not permanently stored by us. Subscription/transaction records are retained by RevenueCat and Apple in accordance with their own retention policies, generally for as long as needed to support purchase history, billing, and legal/tax obligations.
OpenUp is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App and provided data through the AI Practice feature, please contact us at ytcanalofficial@gmail.com so we can address it.
Because OpenUp does not require an account, most data associated with your use of the App is limited to what is described above. You may still contact us at any time to:
Ask what data (if any) is associated with your device/purchase history
Request deletion of any data we or our processors (RevenueCat) hold about your subscription
Withdraw consent to use the AI Practice feature (you may simply stop using that feature at any time)
To make a request, email ytcanalofficial@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
The App's developer is based in Nepal. Our third-party service providers (Google, RevenueCat, Apple) may process and store data on servers located in other countries, including the United States. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
We rely on the security measures implemented by our third-party providers (Google, RevenueCat, Apple) to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
