Making project alive again

Due to pandemic situation and having no possibility to start our project according to our plan, we decided to have an unofficial team meeting in order to make the project alive again. It was held in August, just before the start of the new school year in order to find the way and activities to connect pupils and start to collaborate in an virtual way.

Since some countries already set the restrictions on their borders, not all partners were able to travel to Vianen. Iceland, Greece and the Northern Ireland representatives remained at home and were taking part in a meeting online, while Germany and Croatia managed to come and were able to meet in person after more then a year of collaboration.

During the two days sessions coordinators from all partner schools agreed that the project activities will not be able to realize in the 24 months, so the end of the project should be postponed for one more year.

The dates for mobilities were set, as well as the plan for mascot sending activity and penpals list upload to the drive in order to pair pupils and start to send letters. In order to make project more alive, a Kahoot quiz will be played among partner schools and the mystery bag will be sent in order to stimulate creativity and make pupils think about what kind of game could be played as a traditional outdoor game in each partner country having in mind the item send in mystery bag.

An outdoor classroom day and Erasmus days will be organized to celebrate the international movement and outdoor lessons will be shared between partners.

The dissemination plan was set, the Mobility tool was filled in and the education about TwinSpace was held.
